Refund & Cancellation Policy

🛡️ Our Promise to You
We believe in IndTender's value, and we want you to feel safe trying it. That's why we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Cancel anytime with zero penalty.
1. Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan. No payment information is required to start a trial.
- Trial begins on the date of account registration
- You will receive a WhatsApp reminder 1 day before your trial ends
- If you do not subscribe after the trial, your alerts will automatically stop. No charges applied.
- You will not be auto-charged after the trial — you must actively choose to subscribe
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Via WhatsApp: Send the message "CANCEL" to IndTender on WhatsApp
- Via Email: Email xsparkllp@gmail.com with subject "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive alerts until the period you have paid for expires. We do not pro-rate partial months on cancellation (except annual plans — see below).
3. Refund Eligibility

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us using any of the following methods:
- WhatsApp: Send "REFUND" to IndTender on WhatsApp — we will respond within 2 hours (Mon–Sat)
- Email: xsparkllp@gmail.com — Subject: "Refund Request — [Your WhatsApp Number]"
Please include your registered WhatsApp number and the reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund approval: Within 1–2 business days of your request
- UPI refunds: 1–3 business days to your original UPI ID
- Card/Net Banking refunds: 5–7 business days to original payment source
- PhonePe/Razorpay wallet: Instant to 24 hours
Refund timelines depend on your bank and payment gateway. We initiate all approved refunds within 2 business days.
6. Annual Plan — Pro-rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled before 6 months of use:
- We calculate the equivalent monthly rate for the months used
- The balance (annual price minus months used at monthly rate) is refunded
- No refund if 6 or more months of the annual plan have been used
Refund = ₹9,999 − (3 × ₹1,299) = ₹9,999 − ₹3,897 = ₹6,102 refunded.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made after 7 days of initial payment (monthly plans)
- Requests citing tenders not being relevant — our AI matching is approximate and this is disclosed upfront
- Requests citing government portal unavailability (portals go down — outside our control)
- Abuse of the free trial system (multiple accounts for the same business)
8. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference for the remaining days of your billing cycle will be charged immediately.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refund for downgrading mid-cycle.
